Objective Discussion of longShengzhi capsule on acute cerebral infarction complicated with hyperlipidemia in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods 98 Patients with Acute cerebral infarction disease complicated hyperlipemia were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment groups(n=48) were tedated by longShengzhi capsule and routine therapy.Patients in control groups(n=50) were treated by routine therapy.Neural function defect score(NIHSS) and blood lipids,blood glucose,liver and kidney function,blood and urine routine examination,were evaluated after 4 weeks,12 weeks treatment.Results NIHSS scores in treatment group than the control group(χ2=14.867,P0.01),The total effective rate in treatment group 93.7% than in control group 74.0%(Z=3.422,P0.01).Conclusion Treating is acute cerebral infarction and hyperlipidemia with Longsheng Zhi is a safe,effective.
