1. How do I navigate the site？

3. How do I use a coupon？

Usually your orders will be sent in 24 hours after payment is cleared. It may take 3 days for products in low stock.
Your items will be shipped from China to your location.

Sorry. Usually 1 course is recommended. For some products if you are not sure about the effect, please select the "Experience package"
11. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Our warehouse locate in China. No sales tax is needed. But for additional tax please contact with state customs.
12. I have a question on my charges.

13. When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
14. Has my order shipped?
Usually your order will sent in 1-3 days. After shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.
15. My order never arrived.
Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
16. An item is missing from my shipment.
Firstly please be sure the package is unopened when you sign for it. If the package is broken please contact with the postman. If an item is missing with full package please contact with Us.
