FUNCTION and INDICATIONS

For rotten throat and scarlet fever,sore throat, throat carbuncle,single and double tonsillitis, children boils, carbuncle furuncle,furunculosis,acute mastitis,unknown swollen poison.

Treatment of pharyngitis, tonsillitis, diphtheria, toothache, dandruid, heart failure, leukaemia, oral mucosal anesthesia, etc.

How to take

For oral use after meals, thrice daily with warm water;children 1-2 years old, 1 pill per time, children 2-3 years old,2 pills per time,children 3-4 years old 3-4 pills per time, 4-8 uears old , 5-6 pills per time, -10 years old children, 8-9 pills per time, adult 10 pills per time. Could also external use, 10-15 pills mixed with cold water or a little rice vinegar,dissolution in the spoon , apply it on the center of the red and swollen skin and around, several times a day ,keep moistened until swollen subsidence. Such as swelling has been out of pus or have been fester, do not apply to use.

For PE: Pound 3-5 pills to a fine powder. add 2ml warm water and stir until disollved. swear to the glans penis for 20 mins and then flush them out.

ADVERSE REACTION

2.Uterine contraction: This is because Liu Shen Pill contains musk, pregnant women should not use.

3.Hair removal: there are reports,due to oral, external Liushen pill,it also contains realgar, it is not appropriate combine with the enzyme pellets and pepsin together, otherwise it will reduce the drug effect, should not combine with atropine, otherwise it will promote realgar oxidation,and increase toxic reaction.
