Xiaoru sanjie capsule

Xiaoru sanjie capsule is recommended for breast hyperplasia,swollen breasts due to stagnation of liver-qi,phlegm and blood stasis condense.

Function

Soothing the liver and relieving depression,eliminating phlegm and resolving masses,promoting blood circulation and stopping pain.

Dosage

Oral use after meals, 3 capsuls and thrice daily or by medical direction.

1 month(3 boxes) as one period of treatment. 3 courses(9boxes) is recommended.

 Experimental study on the clinical effects of Xiaoru Sanjie Jiaonang on mammary glands hyperplasia and ki-67

Three groups of patients received one month of treatment, and rechecked at the Outpatient Clinic at three months after completing the treatment. These patients had breast symptoms of stabbing pain, which existed after receiving the corresponding treatment: treated with xiaoru sanjie capsule, 52 patients; treated with Xiaoyao Pills, 93 patients; untreated patients, 135 patients . Furthermore, the following patients presented with hyperplastic nodules >0.5 cm after receiving the corresponding treatment: treated with XRSJ, 78 patients; treated with Xiaoyao Pills, 121 patients; untreated patients, 147 patients.

Experimental summary

Compared with Xiaoyao Pills, xiaoru sanjie capsule could significantly inhibit mammary gland hyperplasia in rabbits, reduce breast height, decrease the number of lobules acinus in hyperplastic mammary glands and the layer number of ductal glandular epithelial cells, and reduce serum E2 and Ki-67 content. Both Xiaoyao Pill and xiaoru sanjie capsule could reduce serum E2, and there was no significant difference in the reduced E2 levels between these two treatments. However, the therapeutic dose of xiaoru sanjie capsule had a longer and more stable effect in reducing serum E2 levels without recurrence, when compared with that of Xiaoyao Pills. These animal experiments reveal that xiaoru sanjie capsule could significantly inhibit hyperplasia in mammary gland cells, inhibit mammary gland hyperplasia, reduce Ki-67 and prevent precancerous lesions.

Conclusion

Xiaoru sanjie capsule can significantly reverse mammary gland hyperplasia and reduce E2 levels with stable efficacy, substantially downregulate the activity of mammary gland hyperplasia cells of rabbits, and partly cause hyperplastic cell apoptosis. It can also relieve breast pain, reduce the mass of hyperplasia, and may prevent breast precancer.

PHARMACOLOGIC ACTION

1.Antibacterial:have antibacterial effect to staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, hemolytic streptococcus, Neisseria .

2.Anti-tumor: Experiments show that this fomula can inhibit the growth of mouse spindle cell sarcoma and sarcoma 180.

Warning

1. Avoid alcohol and tobacco and spicy,cold, greasy food during taking this product.

2.It’s not appropriate to take nourishing chinese medicine wihte taking medicine.

2.Patients with diabetes patients,high blood pressure, heart diseases, liver disease, kidney disease and other severe chronic diseases shall take medicine under guidance of physician.

3. In accordance with the usage and dosage, children, elderly ,feeble and weak patients should be taken under the guidance of physician.

5.Two weeks without any remission,or symptems aggravated,appeared new serious symptems, should go to  hospital. 

6. Hypersensitivity to this product should stop using，allergic constitution with caution.

7. Do not use this product if the property changed.
